Qualifications: •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or other relevant ServiceNow certification. •Prior consulting or technology delivery experience supporting Federal Government or Legislative Branch clients. •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is required. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain Public Trust Required; U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS) •MetaPhase is a people-first, mission-driven consulting firm, repeatedly recognized as a top workplace.
