Required Skills: •Administer and support the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) module. •Manage hardware asset lifecycle activities including procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and retirement. •Configure and maintain HAM Pro processes, workflows, business rules, and asset repositories. •Perform asset inventory reconciliation and ensure data integrity between ServiceNow, procurement systems, and discovery tools. •Analyze asset utilization, lifecycle trends, and compliance metrics to identify optimization opportunities. •Partner cross-functionally with IT operations, procurement, finance, and vendor management teams to improve asset visibility and governance. •Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to hardware asset management performance. •Support audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred. •Hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations or ongoing platform administration. •ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Hardware Asset Management preferred. •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
