Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, electrical engineering, math, or equivalent technical studies (required) •Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API skills. •Solid functional working knowledge of ServiceNow case-management patterns and secure data handling. •Demonstrated capacity to build REST integrations, import sets, and transform maps. •Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills. •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) •ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) •ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) •Work Authorization: Must be either a US citizen, and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
