Required Skills: •Participate in the design, development, and implementation of applications and modules, with an emphasis on ServiceNow solutions (including App Engine scoped applications and Portal development), to meet business requirements. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional software designs. •Utilize front-end development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, script fields, Visual Studio Code) to enhance user interfaces and experiences within various platforms, particularly ServiceNow. •Implement and maintain system integrations using SOAP and REST APIs to ensure efficient data flow between third-party applications and core systems. •Participate in the solution design process, contributing to scalable, efficient, and secure application systems. •Actively facilitate and support implementation and adoption of CI/CD practices and tools to streamline deployment processes, improve software quality, and ensure continuous integration. •Conduct testing of applications to validate functionality, performance, and security, identifying and resolving discrepancies. •Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for existing applications, including the ServiceNow platform and its associated systems. Qualifications: •Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions. •Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent training and experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience. •Two or more years of proven experience in ServiceNow development, including App Engine (scoped applications), Portal development, and system integration with ServiceNow. •Two or more years of experience developing process improvements within complex application environments. •Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. •Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and other core components. •Operational familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools for continuous integration. •Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills. •Proficient skillset in SQL Server and Oracle relational databases. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle relational databases. •ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or ITIL certifications are preferred.
