Required Skills: •Sort, meter, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail and accountable packages according to established schedules and procedures. •Ensure accurate handling and timely delivery of all mail and courier items within the client environment. •Maintain organization and proper storage of mailroom materials and supplies. •Accurately complete copy, print, and scan requests based on written instructions and client requirements. •Ensure quality control, accuracy, and timely completion of all production tasks. •Maintain and operate copy/print equipment and report any technical issues or supply needs. •Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments. •Greet and professionally announce visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required. •Demonstrated capacity to lift or move up to 40 lbs as needed. •Demonstrated capacity to push, pull, or carry items using wheeled carts with loads up to 75 lbs. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. •The Compensation range for this role is up to 20.00 USD per hour.
