Required Skills: •Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance, employee engagement, and operational goals. •Provide ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to ensure team members meet service quality, productivity, safety, and customer experience expectations. •Monitor operational performance, including route efficiency, service completion, customer retention, inventory utilization, and service quality metrics to identify opportunities and improve execution in partnership with Field Managers, Technicians and Sales. •Support field operations as needed by running service routes, auditing daily service tickets, assisting with incident reporting, managing expenses within budget, and participating in weekly leadership meetings. •Make day-to-day operational decisions related to service delivery, scheduling priorities, customer escalations, and resource allocation within established guidelines. •Promote adherence to company safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while ensuring service teams operate in a safe and compliant manner.
