Required Skills: •Implementation and coordination of service actions both in house and in field. •Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships for technical issues and customer satisfaction. •Interprets, distributes and follows up to ensure Service Change Notices are implemented throughout the organization. •Creates and distributes Technical Service Bulletins for ZF product to aid customers in product installation. •Proactively alerts Industrial Business Line Product Management and Quality department about potential safety and technical issues on ZF product. Helps to find solutions by using problem solving process. •Provides technical support on new product releases, B.O.M.’s and catalogs. •Assist in warranty inspections and provides failure analysis on ZF product warranty claims which may require some travel. •Travel internationally and domestic up to 20%.
