Required Skills: •Must enjoy working with and communicating with end-users and resolving end-user issues. •Communicate with end-users to resolve technical issues and close tickets. •Accurately, regularly, and effectively record time. •Escalate tickets and assist the client services team with issue escalation based on evaluated skills. •Update and maintain documentation. •Work closely with the client management team on client objectives, special projects, best practices, and service level goals. •Assist team with adherence to best practice. •Attend and participate in weekly service desk meetings. Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of tickets. •Must be able to sit at a desk in front of a computer for extended periods of time. •Self-regulating and self-motivated – must be a person who wants to get to the next task. •Exceptional professional skills (communication, teamwork, time management, planning, responsibility, initiative). •Customer Orientation – as a service provider, espousing and exhibiting ‘white glove’ service. •Dependability – can take on a project or problem and see it through to the end. •Situational Adaptability – adjusts well to change without impacting client or peer relationships. •Development – Willingness to learn, ability to be coached and mentored, and ability to coach and mentor. •Teamwork – Enjoys and excels at working cooperatively with fellow technicians.
