This entry-level role is critical to keeping operations running efficiently through hands-on work, cleanup, and maintenance tasks. •WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO •Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules, wear PPE, and report equipment or safety concerns. •Physical Tasks: Perform trenching, digging, backfilling, shoveling, sweeping, and cleanup work. •Facility Support: Assist with maintenance work, concrete form building, painting, and general housekeeping. •Equipment Maintenance: Lubricate and oil equipment; support maintenance teams and respond to callouts. •Training & Participation: Attend meetings and training sessions. Support other classifications and plant outage work. Qualifications: •Safety First: Must comply with all safety standards and always wear appropriate PPE. •Dynamic Environment: Work in outdoor and indoor environments, with exposure to physical labor and harsh conditions (extreme heat, humidity, extreme cold, noise, dust). •Work Schedule: Employees are expected to work varying shifts as needed, which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs. •Work Location: This position is required to be performed in person at the assigned worksite.
