Required Skills: •Advises the Enterprise Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner on important matters relating to the management of large, complex Federally-controlled buildings within the Service Center area, including but not limited to facilities-related, customer-focused or community-related issues. •Participates with higher-level management in formulating long range plans for PBS. Provides input and recommendations concerning capital investment projects, facilities operations, significant service trends, recurring problems and similar management concerns and opportunities.
