Required Skills: •Role: Senior Video & Content Production Manager •At Guardant Health, clear, credible, and compelling communication is essential to advancing our mission to conquer cancer through data, innovation, and collaboration. •Working closely with Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and executive leadership, this individual will identify compelling stories, manage production from concept through distribution, and create content that helps audiences to help understand with Guardant’s story. •Video Content Development & Production •Lead the development and execution of short-form and long-form video content across corporate, executive, social, digital, and external communications channels. •Identify compelling stories across the organization and transform them into engaging multimedia content that supports Guardant Health's strategic priorities. •Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, interview guides, and production plans for a wide range of content initiatives. •Executive thought leadership videos Qualifications: •Typically bachelor’s with ~12+ years (or 8+ with master’s / 5+ with PhD / 3+ with PharmD/MD). Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Production, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field required (or equivalent experience).
