Required Skills: •Demonstrated senior executive leadership with the ability to establish organizational direction, lead through other senior and clinical leaders, and align medical services with the organization’s mission, strategic priorities, and long-term objectives. •Exceptional strategic thinking and healthcare business acumen, with the ability to anticipate industry trends, evaluate complex opportunities and risks, and translate organizational vision into actionable strategy. •Proven ability to lead and evolve complex medical services within a large, multi-specialty healthcare organization, including the ability to establish effective leadership structures, delegate accountability, and adapt organizational models as needs change. •In-depth knowledge of healthcare economics, financial sustainability, reimbursement methodologies, value-based care, population health, and the financial considerations associated with clinical growth and service-line development. •Comprehensive understanding of Federally Qualified Health Center operations, HRSA requirements, community health principles, healthcare regulation, and the unique needs of diverse and medically underserved populations. •In-depth knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery across Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Wellness, Specialty Care, Integrative Medicine, and other clinical service areas. •Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate new clinical services, healthcare delivery models, strategic partnerships, affiliations, and organizational growth opportunities. •Proven ability to develop, mentor, and lead senior physicians, medical executives, and clinical leaders while building strong succession and leadership development pipelines. Qualifications: •High degree of emotional intelligence, integrity, professionalism, adaptability, and executive judgment. •Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Health Policy, Healthcare Leadership, or a related field preferred.
