Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred. •Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in Enterprise Data Management, Master Data Management, Information Management, Data Strategy, or related disciplines. •Demonstrated success building enterprise capabilities and leading large-scale business transformation within complex, highly matrixed organizations. •Proven experience designing enterprise operating models that align business, technology, governance, and operational organizations around shared objectives while delivering measurable business outcomes. •Strong business, financial, and operational acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, establish strategic partnerships, and lead through collaboration rather than direct organizational ownership. •Comprehensive expertise in Enterprise Data Management, Master Data Management, stewardship, enterprise information architecture, hierarchy management, metadata, and data quality principles. •Exceptional communication and organizational leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision, and drive enterprise change. •Healthcare, healthcare analytics, supply chain, consulting, or technology-enabled services experience strongly preferred. •This position is short and long term incentive eligible.
