Required Skills: •Underwrite small renewals within an assigned Letter of Authority. •Works closely with underwriters in handling policy requests and renewals. •Follow underwriting guidelines, state regulation, and general procedures while handling assigned renewal policies. •Maintains ownership of tasks assigned and provide acceptable service standards when processing and assigning tasks. •Provide agency support to assigned agents by answering general questions, providing endorsement status, cancellation status, billing inquiries, or assigning work to the appropriate contacts. •Mentor others, lead projects, and help with training less experienced employees.
