Required Skills: •UKG Pro Platform Management •Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules including workflows, business rules, security settings, and system preferences. •Ensure system updates, patches, and enhancements are tested and implemented successfully. •Manage table setups, fields, user access, roles, and configuration changes. •Integrations & Data Management •Administer integration between UKG Pro and internal/external systems (e.g. Workday). •Monitor automated data feeds, troubleshoot errors, and ensure ongoing data integrity. •Partner with IT and vendors to design and maintain APIs, SFTP feeds, and middleware connections. Qualifications: •This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience with UKG Pro configuration, reporting, and/or administration. •Strong reporting/analytics skills within UKG Pro (BI, Data Hub, or equivalent) required. •Understanding of HR, payroll, or workforce management processes is required. •Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities. •Operational familiarity with HR data governance, security, and compliance standards preferred. •Project or change management experience preferred. •Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Visio. •Able to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for diverse audiences. •Demonstrated capacity to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines accurately, and maintain a professional demeanor while working independently is crucial.
