Leverage CFD simulation tools to evaluate, optimize, and validate thermal solutions that ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance. •Combine use of analytical and CFD tools efficiently to reduce development time for thermal solutions. •Develop detailed assembly models in Creo or SolidWorks, incorporating safety and EMI-related design features and constraints to generate high-fidelity thermal models for CFD analysis, optimization, and validation. •Present thermal simulation/validation findings/solutions to engineering teams and management. •Assist in thermal verification testing and resolve any issues resulting from simulation results and lab testing. •This is a hybrid role in the office 3 days a week**** •Proficient in CAD tools with a strong understanding of heat transfer principles and their application to solving electronics cooling challenges. •Strong ability to interpret and synthesize thermal simulation data, translate complex technical findings into actionable insights, and present thermal analyses, recommendations, and solutions to cross-functional teams and senior management.
