Required Skills: •The Senior Test Engineer works cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Sales, and customers to ensure test operations support product quality, customer requirements, and business objectives. •Test Operations & Team Development •Provide day-to-day direction, prioritization, and technical support to Test Technicians and Test Operators. •Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, cross-training, and technical mentoring. •Drive accountability for test performance, adherence to procedures, and production priorities. •Serve as the technical escalation point for complex test and troubleshooting issues. •Test Development & DFT •Design, develop, implement, and maintain functional, boundary scan, flying probe, automated, and manual test systems. Qualifications: •Travel up to 10-15% to support customer interaction, test equipment setup, or multi-site deployment.
