You will be sitting in the engine of growth as we shape our future together. •Establish effective relationships with North America management and business stakeholders to understand functional needs and technical requirements. •Establish regular visits to the North America production facilities to fully understand operational processes. •Attend business sector meetings to stay abreast of business requirements and changes as required. •Hands-on technical skills in support of technologies and systems used. •Provide end users training and knowledge transfer. •Investigate technical issues across systems within the scope of responsibility. •Primary technical liaison for establishing and maintaining critical data and system integrations between the company and customer systems.
