Required Skills: •The Technical Project Manager role at CapTech is multi-faceted by the very nature of the services we provide to our clients.  Success within our diverse range of clients requires the ability to adapt and perform in a wide variety of technology-driven project environments. •Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s), bringing together the business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery. •Sharing and implementing best practices from different development methodologies (ex: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models) as needed by project. •Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making. •Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex consulting engagements. •Creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems. •Develop and communicate integrated project plans and/or roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables. •Identify and mitigate risks to the project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects. •Understanding how MS Dynamics and Power Platform integrates with other components in an Enterprise, like Salesforce •Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects. •Implement creative thinking and seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems. •Demonstrated capacity to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills. •Excellent communication skills, listening, negotiation and presentation skills. •Proficient at managing and leading diverse teams made up of people with a variety of technical skills and backgrounds, in different locations (i.e., remote and/or on-site), and from different organizations (i.e., CapTechers, client employees, and/or other vendors).
