Required Skills: •This is a Hybrid role based in-office 3 days per week. •Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and GTM Effectiveness teams to manage workstreams, milestones, stage gates, dependencies, risks, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization across large-scale transformation programs. •Project & Delivery Management •Lead delivery coordination for complex cross-functional initiatives, including workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, decision points, launch readiness, and stabilization activities. •Build and manage clear project plans that define scope, owners, timelines, dependencies, stage gates, decision needs, and path-to-green recovery actions. •Manage program governance, decision tracking, RAID management, escalation processes, stage-gate readiness, and executive follow-up. •Challenge unclear scope, incomplete readiness, missing ownership, unresolved dependencies, or undefined success measures during planning and throughout delivery. •Support iterative, agile, hybrid, and phased rollout planning, including cutover readiness, hypercare coordination, and transition to run-state ownership.
