Working with stakeholders across Engineering, Business Development, Product Management you will drive the delivery of business-critical software programs that enable AMD’s CPU and GPU solutions. You will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative products to market by ensuring seamless coordination across hardware and software domains. •You will own end-to-end software release execution, partnering closely with silicon engineering, platform product management, software development, performance engineering, validation/QA, and customer engineering teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. •Success in this role requires strong leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to influence across organizations. You will build trusted relationships with senior engineering and business stakeholders, providing clear program visibility, driving alignment on priorities, and ensuring timely resolution of risks and issues. •Key Responsibilities •Own and drive software program execution of SDKs, software suites, and integrated SW solutions meet scope, quality, and schedule commitments aligned with hardware milestones. •Lead cross-functional release planning with software architects and product management. •Drive coordinated release readiness for software through core team meetings. •Report overall software execution and release status at senior leadership level and clearly communicate schedule changes, critical issues, and risks, along with mitigation and recovery plans. •Manage and own software-related escalations, setting up and running tiger teams, driving root cause and corrective actions, and ensuring timely, transparent communication to all stakeholders. •Align software roadmaps (SDKs, reference stacks, integrated solutions) with AMD's technology roadmaps (CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators); lead migration strategies for customers on prior generations. •Support pre-design win and post-design win activities for strategic Enterprise AI and HPC accounts by providing credible software roadmaps, schedules, and feature commitments; coordinate early SDKs, evaluation kits, reference demos, and proof-of-concept implementations. •Preferred Experience •Multiple, recent, Compensation: •$185,600 •$278,400 Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
