Hiring: Senior Technical Program Manager, Autonomy Company: Motional Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Posted Time: 2026-09-09 18:03:27 Target Skills & Keywords : Confluence, HBase, Jira, QUIC, SAFe, TestNG About the job Experience: •5 years experience working with complex systems, including but not limited to, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, etc. Required Skills: •Work closely with stakeholder teams to track planned software performance evaluation activities, specifically ensuring resources and infrastructure are available, and plans are coordinated and approved. •Actively manage execution of AV Autonomy activities, tracking progress against key metrics and removing blockers and inefficiencies as required. •Partner with our software system and performance teams to monitor, analyze, and improve our overall and targeted SW configurations. •Communicate at both the engineering and executive level, to not only communicate and work through technical details, but also conduct performance reviews and retrospectives. •Set priorities and coordinate between multiple engineering and operations teams and external stakeholders to support our overall AV Autonomy strategy and deconflict activities and resources. •Work closely with engineering leadership to help define and track key organizational objectives. •Proactively identify, manage, and report on risks and issues. •What We're Looking For: •Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration and automated SW testing. •Demonstrated experience in managing FW, SW, and HW configurations. •Minimum of 5 years experience working with complex systems, including but not limited to, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics, etc. •Demonstrated experience working across teams and disciplines resolving competing priorities and managing dependencies. •Creative problem solver, resourceful and skilled at conflict resolution. •Strong written and oral communication skills, especially the ability to communicate complex engineering issues and tailor messaging based on audience. •Experience using Confluence and JIRA to plan project activities and track progress.
