In addition, you will be able to conduct insightful conversations with senior business and technical decision makers inside and outside Microsoft. •Cultural Leadership: Ability and passion to lead cultural initiatives, having positive impact on team morale and fostering an environment of inclusion •Embody our culture and values Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development •Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. •Demonstrated capacity to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity. •Previous experience and success in an engineering role where you delivered cloud services. •Demonstrated experience in planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail. •Passion and proven record for execution with measurable results; focus on delivering impact. •Proven interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success. •Demonstrated capacity to work successfully across a complex, highly matrixed environment. •Demonstrated capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience. •Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
