Required Skills: •Operational Leadership •Lead the end-to-end performance of complex Mutual Fund Operations functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of daily operational activities. •Oversee a broad portfolio of processes including trade corrections, trade rejects, PAC/SWP administration, omnibus processing, off-book account support, reconciliations, fund facts processing and delivery, and large-scale operational initiatives. •Ensure achievement of service level objectives while balancing risk mitigation, regulatory requirements, and client experience expectations. •Monitor operational performance metrics and implement action plans to improve productivity, quality, and service delivery. •People Leadership •Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of up to 15 associates, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement. •Drive talent development through ongoing coaching, performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
