Required Skills: •The Senior Talent Advisor manages the end-to-end recruitment process; from proactive sourcing through offer negotiation, offer acceptance and onboarding support. This role will leverage market insights, data and recruiting best practices to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve outcomes. •: This is not a transactional recruiting role. This role requires consultative and advisory support across the organization. Clear strategy, positive influencing, concise communication are valuable success factors in this role. •: 0 - 10% for career fairs and networking events. Please apply if you can meet this requirement. •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple business functions, including technical/non-technical, cleared/non-cleared and mission-support roles. •Partner with business/hiring managers to understand business needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies. •Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on talent market trends, hiring best practices, interview techniques, and competitive compensation considerations. •Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, networking events, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach to build diverse (active/passive) talent pipelines. •Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. •Demonstrated success recruiting for professional, technical, non-technical, cleared/non-cleared, and senior management level positions. •Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (clearance jobs, indeed etc.), networking events, and other talent identification tools. •Excellent interviewing, relationship management, negotiation, and consultative communication skills. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. •Knowledge of employment laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) requirements, and recruitment compliance practices. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite products. •High levels of emotional intelligence, active listening, clear/concise communication skills, and integrity. •Travel: 0 - 10% for career fairs and networking events, based on business needs. •Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or a Talent Acquisition specialty certification.
