Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to work onsite at a company office location three (3) to four (4) days per week, as business needs require. •Demonstrated ability to build credibility, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization. •Strong consultative, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to navigate complex hiring situations. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, executives, and external partners. •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline. •Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
