To support this mission, we are seeking a Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer to support a critical Sponsor office responsible for building, operating, and securing hybrid-cloud mission infrastructure and services. •Lead and perform systems engineering efforts across Windows and Linux servers, workstations, storage platforms, and virtualization environments •Provide in-depth Tier 2 through Tier 4 engineering support, root-cause troubleshooting, and problem resolution for mission technology products and applications in a 24/7 environment •Perform engineering, configuration, and Tier 3/4 maintenance of virtualization infrastructure, including VMware vCenter, VMware NSX-T, virtual servers, virtual desktops, and automation solutions •Build, configure, and maintain Windows servers in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on-premises environments, ensuring Windows Group Policy and configuration standards align with Sponsor security posture •Operate, administer, and maintain core enterprise services, including Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), Distributed File System (DFS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) •Perform data center management operations, including physical capacity planning, hardware racking/stacking, commissioning, cabling/circuit labeling, inventory tracking, decommissioning, and secure hardware destruction •Coordinate engineering projects by performing technical risk assessments, de-conflicting implementation schedules, and resolving technical challenges across stakeholder teams Qualifications: •Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph required Compensation: •$180,000 - $210,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
