Hiring: Senior Systems Engineer ICAM - DoD Secret Clearance Company: CDW Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:27:15 Target Skills & Keywords : Design System, Enterprise Architecture, Secret Clearance, Systems Design About the job Required Skills: •Establishes system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM) requirements into enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. •Determines and identifies high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community and knowledge of the enterprise architecture. •Designs system ICAM implementation architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. •Identifies, assesses, and presents options for meeting the functional and technical requirements including authentication and authorization, segregation of duties, privileged access management. •Lead and oversee developing high level system design diagrams. •Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with applicable open systems architecture standards including OSI, ISO, IEEE OSE reference model, and Information Management (IM) solution requirements across the application platform, API, and external environment/software application. •Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant. •Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action. Qualifications: •Active Sec+ certification or equivalent IAT Level II certification. •Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
