Location: Greater Indianapolis Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:33:39 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : .NET, Agile, JavaScript, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Python, SQL, SQL Server, Scrum, UI/UX About the job Required Skills: •Design, develop and optimize data analytic solutions and UI/UX for customers. •Partner cross-functionally with customers to integrate solutions focused on increasing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. •Implement and support HMI/SCADA, MES, Recipe Management, Batch & Product Run tracking, ERP, and other IT/OT solutions. •Optimize solutions using data analytics, data flow concepts, and data relationships. •Understand and troubleshoot mid to high level manufacturing software. •Decrease manufacturing mistakes through error-proofing and interlocking concepts. •Perform complex problem-solving tasks that involve reviewing information, actively detecting problems, developing, and evaluating options, selecting, and implementing the best solutions. •Understand complex plant floor operations and make proactive decisions by examining all available information and making timely decisions.
