Hiring: Senior Systems Administrator Company: DZYNE Technologies Location: Springfield, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 21:17:25 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Systems Integration About the job Required Skills: •Maintain, configure, and support Ground Control Station (GCS) hardware and software systems. •Manage and maintain GCS network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers. •Ensure reliable operation of LOS and BLOS communication links (SATCOM, RF, and IP-based links). •Perform system updates, upgrades, and configuration changes in accordance with program and customer requirements. •Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for GCS and network-related issues. •Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, FSRs, and operational teams based on customer requirements. •Support system integration, testing, and validation activities. •Troubleshoot and resolve complex GCS and network issues during operations and deployments. Qualifications: •Required: Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, Electronics, or related field OR equivalent military/industry experience. •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline. •Relevant certifications may substitute for formal education requirements. •Approximately 25% travel, including CONUS and occasional OCONUS support. •The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities. •Work may be performed in office, lab, and field environments. •Must be able to work in outdoor or austere conditions during deployments. •May require extended hours, nightshift, or weekend work to support mission requirements. •Work performed may be in a harsh climate and often in hazardous situations. •While performing the duties of this position, one may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert or other environments.
