Required Skills: •10+ years of program scheduling experience. •Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Full Monte, and Milestones Professional. •Knowledge of DCMA 32 guidelines and scheduling best practices. •Strong background in schedule integration, critical path management, and risk analysis. •Aerospace/defense industry experience, preferably in DoD space programs or SE&I environments. •Analyze program health, maintain critical path schedules, and produce summary-level one-pagers. •Lead monthly schedule reviews and customer briefings for executive and government stakeholders. •Deliver IMS and documentation through the IPMR process (DI-MGMT-81661). Qualifications: •U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance. •Bachelor’s degree. •PMI-SP or PMP certification (or eligibility to pursue). •Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), consolidating inputs from multiple teams and subcontractors.
