Required Skills: •Develop and execute communication plans supporting commercial priorities and initiatives across Ortho Tech’s businesses. •Partner closely with sales leadership and communications colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable communications for sales teams. •Lead the editorial planning, content development, and execution of recurring commercial communication channels, including newsletters, business updates, and sales-focused communications. •Support sales leadership engagements by helping develop messaging, presentations, talking points, meeting materials, and other leader communications. •Develop and coordinate sales messaging that helps field teams understand business priorities, customer needs, key milestones and required actions. •Support communication planning and execution for commercial change initiatives, helping impacted audiences understand what is changing, why it matters, and what is expected of them. •Develop communications supporting sales incentive initiatives, ensuring information is accurate, timely and easy for sales audiences to understand. •Provide guidance to stakeholders on audience, channel, timing and content strategy to improve relevance, clarity and engagement while reducing unnecessary volume and duplication.
