Required Skills: •Own the strategy and the quality. Create the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for major Workflow Efficiency initiatives. •Evolve workflow capabilities. Lead the evolution of workflow roles, tasks, assignments, and approval state into a reliable foundation for customer-facing functionality, reporting, and AI-powered experiences. •Expand AI functionality. Design and build AI agents to streamline workflow execution and reduce the need for human approvals and reviews •Build and ideate on front-end user experiences. Enable Ironclad users to efficiently track the work they need to complete throughout the contracting lifecycle. Define experiences that help users understand dependencies, track internal turns, and identify what is blocking a contract from moving forward. •Focus on data quality. Make workflow activity and intelligence more actionable by surfacing the context users need to take the next step without leaving their flow of work. Improve approval data accuracy and explainability so customers can trust approval history, cycle-time metrics, and the status of work in flight. •Lead through influence. Make consequential technical calls and align engineering, design, data, executives, and partners around clear decisions and accountable execution. Qualifications: •A solid track record of shipping customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration.
