Required Skills: •This Senior Specialist Product Marketing professional will support the development and execution of product marketing strategies across fixed income to equity to real asset Public Markets capabilities, with a focus on Liquidity, ETFs, and Custom SMAs. •The individual will manage defined workstreams, collaborate across Marketing Centers of Excellence and key business partners, and help ensure marketing programs and materials are accurate, differentiated, compliant, and delivered on time. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with institutional, wealth and intermediary client segments and their unique nuances, buy psychology and sales cycles. •Strong communication skills (written and verbal); demonstrated ability to hold the pen, writing product messaging that illustrates compelling, differentiated benefits for varied audiences. •Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines. •Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, including experience working as a consultative partner with investment, product, sales, compliance, and marketing partners. •In-depth knowledge of the US and International regulatory requirements/regulations. •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Demonstrated use and adoption of Microsoft CoPilot; Familiarity with marketing automation, content management, analytics, and sales enablement platforms is beneficial. •Driven, self-motivated, high-performing, commercial mindset. •We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.
