Required Skills: •This strategic leader will be responsible for system-wide Onboard Service (OBS) program management and execution of special programs across the network worth ~$120M annually. •They will develop systems of tracking and compliance of project plans. •Lead and oversee interfacing with catering operations local management, vendors, Finance, Information Technology, Flight Crew, and Airport Customer Service on strategic programs. •The Process Engineering Specialist will also be responsible for developing and presenting strategic business cases, ROI justifications, and delivering projects on time / under budget. •In some cases, they will be responsible for testing content and usability, and partnering with Delta Technology and other parties to troubleshoot any issues. •Lead and oversee strategic planning and Project Management for OBS projects and initiatives. •Lead and oversee technical support, training, and will serve as ongoing Subject Matter Expert of OBS systems and tools.
