Required Skills: •Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms, Planner, Power Automate, Power Apps, Viva, and related applications. •Drive Microsoft updates, releases, enhancements, and feature adoption by evaluating changes, assessing business impact, coordinating testing, communicating updates, and supporting rollout plans. •Partner with business leaders and functional teams to understand operational needs and recommend Microsoft-based solutions that improve workflow efficiency, collaboration, data access, document management, and employee productivity. •Develop and maintain governance standards for Microsoft tools, including naming conventions, permissions, data retention practices, site ownership, Teams structure, shared document practices, and security expectations. •Serve as a liaison between IT and business users to translate business needs into practical Microsoft solutions and ensure implementations are aligned with Blue Bird priorities. •Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and guidance for Microsoft applications, escalating technical issues when appropriate and ensuring timely resolution. •Create and deliver user training, quick reference guides, communications, and adoption materials to help employees effectively use Microsoft tools. •Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Lists, and other Microsoft capabilities. Qualifications: •Microsoft certification required within a defined period after hire if not already held, with preferred credentials including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 administrator-related certifications, Teams administration, Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker, or other relevant Microsoft credentials.
