Must be able to understand form, fit, and function of complex turbo-machinery. •Identify and resolve process-related issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. •Work closely with Operations Program Integrators and Assembly team to ensure complex assemblies are delivered on time. •Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures. •Analyze and optimize production workflows, layouts, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce waste. •Proficient in tool design with the responsibility to evaluate and recommend new technologies, tooling/fixturing, and equipment to enhance manufacturing and assembly capabilities. •Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
