And will utilize this data for metrics and reporting analytics. •Own end-to-end case management for regional employee moves (intake → assessment → delivery → closeout) •Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and People Partners on mobility inquiries and triage •Coordinate vendors (immigration, relocation, tax, payroll, destination services) and hold them to SLAs, quality, and timelines •Provide clear guidance on costs, approvals, required documentation, and expected timelines to stakeholders •Maintain accurate case documentation and data in the case management/HR systems; ensure audit-ready files •Partner with Reward/Payroll/People Services to execute changes correctly (pay, allowances, benefits, deductions, reporting) •Manage issue resolution and escalations, including stakeholder updates and root-cause follow-up Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, International Relations or similar) or equivalent experience •Exposure to regional immigration and employment considerations (partnering with counsel/vendor, not acting as counsel) •Strong policy interpretation skills and comfort managing exceptions via an approval process •Data privacy and documentation discipline (GDPR/record retention mindset) •Solid functional working knowledge of mobility lifecycle components: relocation, immigration, tax briefing, comp/allowances, payroll impacts, benefits coordination •Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day •Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type •Demonstrated capacity to speak clearly so others can understand you •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing •Demonstrated capacity to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Compensation: •$55,250 - $65,000 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
