Required Skills: •This role is focused on delivering value, reducing risk, and improving commercial outcomes across the software and SaaS supplier portfolio while supporting timely, compliant, and business-aligned contracting. •THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE •Lead sourcing and contracting activities for software, SaaS, cloud-based applications, enterprise licenses, subscription renewals, and related technology services. •Partner with stakeholders to gather business, technical, commercial, risk, and contracting requirements. •Manage RFx events, supplier communications, proposal evaluations, negotiation strategies, and sourcing recommendations. •Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers, working in partnership with business and legal counterparts. •Analyze supplier proposals, software usage, spend, renewal history, market benchmarks, and business demand to identify savings, cost avoidance, risk reduction, and value creation opportunities. •Prepare sourcing documentation, award recommendations, negotiation summaries, and stakeholder updates.
