Required Skills: •The position could work out of our locations in Sterling, VA; Chantilly, VA; Annapolis Junction, MD. •What You’ll Get To Do •Lead end-to-end technical solution development for strategic capture and proposal efforts. •Develop differentiated solutions across EW, Cyber, Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Platform Integration, C5ISR, AI/ML, and Software Integration. •Translate customer requirements into executable technical architectures, implementation approaches, staffing strategies, and proposal content. •Lead cross-functional teams spanning Business Development, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Management. •Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop technical discriminators that improve competitive positioning. •Support both classified and unclassified proposals while ensuring technical quality, compliance, and consistency.
