Required Skills: •Lead consulting engagements focused on capital project and portfolio management technology. •Develop and design technical solutions, including cost estimates, project approaches, and schedules. •Provide technical leadership for project and portfolio management system implementations. •Ensure quality assurance and quality control for all deliverables, aligning with client needs and project standards. •Guide the development of improved business processes within project and portfolio management systems. •Maintain and grow client relationships through project delivery and business development support. •Bring domain expertise to cross-functional teams and drive innovation initiatives in project management technology. •Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, helping develop the next generation of talent. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program and 7 years of relevant experience Required •Excellent project and portfolio management system skills. •Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment. •Demonstrated capacity to independently solve difficult problems that require adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. •Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure and tight deadlines, and to be effective in on-site work environments. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, including the identification of critical path items to ensure deliverable deadlines are met. •Demonstrated capacity to focus on the big picture to effectively and efficiently provide services that meet client needs, while also having the ability to identify and analyze details that are critical to project outcomes. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
