Required Skills: •Serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to telecommunications carriers and enterprise customers, with a primary focus on supporting key customer relationships such as T-Mobile and other global telecommunications organizations. •Design and architect carrier-grade solutions across messaging, voice, identity, and fraud prevention domains, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial value. •Partner directly with customer technology teams, architects, and senior leadership stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, drive solution adoption, and support revenue growth initiatives. •Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and translate customer requirements into scalable product enhancements, solution designs, and future roadmap recommendations. •Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and Account Management teams to bring new solutions from concept through deployment. •Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, architecture reviews, and customer-facing presentations with both technical and executive audiences. •Serve as a key contributor to Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, solution proposals, business cases, white papers, and customer-facing technical documentation. •Act as a bridge between customer technology teams and internal engineering teams to accelerate delivery, remove technical barriers, and enable successful implementations.
