Required Skills: •This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office. •Design, develop, and deploy customer-facing features spanning backend services, web, and mobile - owning solutions end to end rather than within a single layer. •Build the platform tooling behind onboarding, compliance (KYC/identity), and customer support workflows that serve millions of users. •Leverage AI coding tools and our agentic development pipeline to move faster, and help improve the automation itself. •Own the DevOps lifecycle for the products you build: building, validating, monitoring, and maintaining them over their lifetime. •Provide technical input to planning, design, and requirements for new products and features, making well-reasoned tradeoffs between speed and quality. •Conduct meaningful code reviews for correctness, style, and information security. •Mentor engineers, share best practices, and contribute to the technical direction and engineering culture of the team.
