Required Skills: •Own and evolve the smart contracts that mint, burn, and safeguard custom stablecoin supply, shipping changes in a secure and auditable way. •Build and scale backend services that power onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution. •Partner with product, design, and tech leads to turn the stablecoin roadmap into shipped features every quarter. •Drive architectural decisions across the backend and smart contract surface, balancing security, scalability, and speed of delivery. •Write high-quality, well-tested code and raise the bar for operational excellence across the team.
