Required Skills: •Own features through the entire software lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. •Design, develop, and operate cloud-native services leveraging containers, microservices, distributed systems principles, and modern CI/CD practices. •Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, and customer-facing experiences. •Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to help drive technical excellence and engineering best practices. •Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term reliability, scalability, and operational improvements. •Work closely with product management, architects, and partner teams to translate customer and business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. •Effectively communicate technical concepts, design tradeoffs, and project status to stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications: •Strong production software development experience in Go, including development of scalable, secure, production-quality backend services. •Operational familiarity with React, TypeScript, or C# is desirable for engineers to work across existing service components and user-facing workflows. •Strong aptitude for learning new technologies. •Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Creative and analytical approach to problem solving. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
