Required Skills: •You’ll work directly with the founder CEO and engineering team to build the user-facing product. You’ll take customer problems from discovery and interaction design through frontend, backend, data, and deployment. •We’re looking for an exceptional early-career engineer who has already built in a startup environment. You may be a recent graduate, but you can point to software people actually used and explain the decisions you personally made. •Build and ship customer-facing features across React, TypeScript, Mapbox, Express, the data layer, and supporting infrastructure. •Turn complex infrastructure information into clear interfaces and useful workflows. •Interface directly with engineers responsible for machine learning and data creation to make their outputs useful to customers. •Speak with users, investigate problems, and test ideas through conversations, prototypes, and working software. •Use AI coding tools extensively while understanding, reviewing, testing, and debugging the result. •Take responsibility for your work in production and learn from failures.
