Required Skills: •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support highly scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Architectures. •Lead the design and implementation of Blockchain Connectivity, Digital Asset Servicing, Tokenization, Custody Solutions, Settlement Processing, and Real-Time Payments. •Build and optimize Event-Driven Architectures, APIs, integration services, and high-volume transaction processing platforms. •Develop enterprise solutions for mission-critical financial systems with a focus on Scalability, Performance, Reliability, and Security. •Partner with business, product, architecture, operations, compliance, risk, and security teams to deliver innovative technical solutions. •Drive engineering excellence through Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API-First Development, DevOps, Automation, and Secure Coding Practices. •Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, technical design sessions, and governance activities to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. •Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, proactive monitoring, observability, and continuous platform improvement.
