Establish and standardize best practices. •Integration Testing Architecture: Lead the design and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide automated integration testing workflows involving multiple program segments, ensuring comprehensive, data-driven feedback and rapid resolution of cross-segment integration issues. •Strategic Deployment Pipeline Ownership: Drive innovation in deployment mechanisms and pipelines for physical and virtual systems, ensuring scalability, security, repeatability, and operational excellence aligned with long-term organizational objectives. •Data-Driven Insight & Decision Making: Establish advanced processes for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance, stability, and integration data to deliver strategic recommendations that support organizational goals. •Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a recognized technical leader and resource. Mentor and guide engineers across projects, promote engineering rigor and best practices, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to a high-performance culture. •Security & Compliance Leadership: Lead integration of security principles and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (CIS, NIST, SOC 2, FedRAMP). Promote adoption of security tools and standards across DevSecOps processes. Qualifications: •This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
