Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field •Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.) •Backend-heavy, full-stack ownership — strong ownership of backend APIs and services (~70% of the role), plus the ability to work confidently in the frontend surfaces (React / React Native) members interact with in referral flows (~30% of the role). •Demonstrated capacity to own projects end-to-end, make sound technical tradeoffs, and execute with minimal direction.
