Make the architecture tradeoffs that keep the system dependable as it grows. •Stay hands-on: Guide the team through architecture decisions and design and code reviews, while remaining actively involved in the codebase to tackle complex challenges. •Influence beyond your team: Shape technical designs within the team and across adjacent ones.
